So this weekend was Conestoga and the first time that I've managed to make the not-so-arduous trek to it. Glad I did! It was a great time! I got to meet up with old friends, come face to face with internet friends, and make some new ones. That, and there were books everywhere! Which always makes me happy.

This is also the first year that I participated in Con programming and I really enjoyed it. I don't know how well I acquitted myself, but honestly? My goals were very small. Show up. Don't fall off the stage. When you're a klutz with a long history of breaking bones in really stupid fashions, it tends to skew your priorities.

Tonight, I'm taking it easy. I did some writing, did some reading (Ilona Andrew's Magic Strikes--very fun), and now I'm poking through the internet to see what's happened in the past two days.
